Key Rules:

• Matches follow 3 sets to 21 points (cap at 23)
• Co‑ed teams must have no fewer than one less woman than men; no “sex rule” in play
• Rotation required after side‑out; overhand, jump, and let serves are legal
• Attacking or blocking a serve is illegal; faults include carries, doubles, net contact, crossing under the net, stepping on the service line, and more
• Back‑row attacks must begin behind the 10‑ft line; ceiling is playable only on your side of possession

A & B League Overview

Both leagues use the same rules, but play style differs:

• A League: Faster, more competitive, with tighter referee calls on touches
• B League: Best for new or mixed‑experience teams, still offering strong and enjoyable play

If you’re new to Oakstone leagues, B League is recommended.
